At Drip Locker, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

• Other Cities and Towns: 5-8 business days

• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid orders receive free shipping. Eligible COD orders may carry a separate COD handling or logistics charge, which will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Drip Locker is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided during checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order details and any available supporting evidence. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, Drip Locker ships only within India unless otherwise specified on our website.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full COD is not available. Orders below ₹800 are prepaid only. Partial COD is available only for eligible, serviceable domestic orders; international COD is disabled.

For eligible new orders, the upfront payment is ₹400 or 8% of the agreed payable order total, whichever is higher. This payment is credited toward your order total and is not an extra fee. The remaining balance is payable on delivery after deducting the upfront payment actually received.

For example, an order total of ₹3,999 requires ₹400 upfront and ₹3,599 on delivery. An order total of ₹7,500 requires ₹600 upfront and ₹6,900 on delivery.

The final order total, any separately applicable COD handling or logistics charge, advance and delivery balance will be disclosed before payment. The advance will never exceed the total payable. This revised advance rule applies to new orders and does not change payment terms already agreed for existing orders.
